I keep getting more toned without losing weight. I won't complain, because I put on a pair of yoga pants and realized my ass looked fabulous :)

Thanksgiving was fine but the days surrounding it were hard. Luckily for me most of the leftover food is gone or going and I can return to my normal eating habits.
I've been working out pretty much daily, my ankles are ridiculously sore... And my boyfriend insists my body is leaner. I can definitely see my arms getting more toned.

Four Thanksgivings? Ugh, I usually barely have one!
This year was a little different, though.
Wednesday night we were under the impression my boyfriend's family might not make it over from the Eastern side of the state [we had some pretty bad snow in the mountain passes] so we ended up doing a lovely bbq'd turkey dinner at my friend's family's house -- just five of us, some wine and delicious food. Caloriewise, I was able to record everything and came out just fine. I didn't work out that day but I was around my RDI so it was all good.
Thursday, his parents did make it... so I began the morning with level one of 30 Day Shred, and ate a reasonable amount. Fine, fine, was able to record that all and all was well. Same goes for Friday, except without the exercise.
Saturday was my family's celebration... and there was freshly fried lumpia. I was about to die, it was so delicious. I ate quite a bit there [probably 1000 over my RDI, yikes] through the combination of the deep fried lumpia and the delicious apricot punch. I did, however, do the muscle-training from 30DS and a 1mi Walking Away the Pounds. My ankles have been killing me when I do the jumping jacks, which I find terrifying because I had no pain whatsoever until Saturday night. Prior to that, jumping jacks were one of the easiest parts of Jillian's workouts. I'm confused, but my ankles are still sore so I'm probably going to do the 2mi WATP program twice today rather than doing 30DS -- which makes me sad, I don't want to lose all that endurance I've built!
I didn't track calories that day, and I didn't really track calories yesterday [Sunday -- I was probably 500 calories over].
So I'm back on track today, starting out with cleaning my house. It's amazing what a clean kitchen can do for your morale! I've got a load of towels in the wash and a load of dishes in the washer -- here's hoping I can make a pretty satisfactory dent on the damage today!

I've been under on calories and diligently tracked calories everyday... I've been doing 30 Day Shred for the past week and I've stayed neutral as far as gain/loss goes. I'm hoping that when my period ends the scale will reflect the progress I feel I've made.
