have been doing great every day with my exercising, i got it up to 25 minutes of jogging and 25 minutes of riding the bike....im doing my best to each week increase my time and speed....although i do not think my speed will get faster than it is now, i have to be caredul with how much i am doing due to the spinal implant i have and the amount of pain i feel after exercising. I am so determined to lose this weight by next july when my son is getting married.....i will do this one day and one pound at a time but i WILL get there.....Hope everyone is having a great day....exercise on everyone :)

today was my one month weigh in and at first i cried because i really hoping for ten pounds....but i only lost 7.6 .... but after thinking about it realistically i felt better and just realized maybe i need to up my exercising a little bit each day ... im proud of what i lost .... next month will hopefully be better but i will have NO unrealistic expectations ... when i started this i said i was going to go by my motto, one day and one pound at a time, so that is what i am going to do ... hope everyone is having a great day and EXERCISE ON!!

feeling awesome today....increased my walking to jogging for 20 minutes then rode the bike for 15 minutes which was 6.2 miles....each day seems to be getting a little easier....once it gets too easy tho i will increase my times and speed....one day and one pound at a time i will do this!! hope everyone is having a great day! :)
