I have to better about logging my food the day of because now I've completely forgotten what I ate this week. I haven't however forgotten any of my exercise because I'm so proud of myself for doing it. I went shopping in Arden B today and while I clearly have a ways to go, I didn't feel intimidated going in there and trying things on. I even went to the gym for 2.5 hours on Wednesday when schools were closing and the snow kept falling down so I know that I'm serious this time. I have a grocery delivery tonight with some weight watchers in it along with some well needed fruits and veggies so this weekend I'm going to get myself ready for an even better week on Monday!

I'm aiming to get in another day at the gym tomorrow. Today I can't but I'm going to do a lot of walking today which is good. I'm staying pretty consistent and I'm not overdoing it in the evenings (namely because I've been getting home pretty late). I like that I can put in everything here easily (unlike dotfit) but I don't really feel like it's as cohesive and friendly as weight watchers...I'll keep trying but I'm feeling like it's more of an individual effort than a group one..perhaps I just need the right group.

I have been following my diet well and making exercise a regular part of my day recently. I finally met back with my trainer after a long hiatus. Even though the progress looks negligible, I had gained weight recently (either that or the weight that I thought I was when I updated my progress was just due to water fluctuations). So now I'm officially and consistently at the weight I have put in and I feel good about it. Now if I could just find some time to sleep...
