Crack chicken over broccoli before women’s group (bible study) at church

Not as much as I had hoped to lose but I’m glad I didn’t gain while on beach vacation with my husband and kids last Friday through Monday. I didn’t do IF and I had a cheat treat by having 3 pieces of sushi and about 5 bites of an ice cream sandwich from a place called Creamwiched where you can make your own ice cream sandwich by using brownies, cookies, donuts, waffles, etc...and putting whatever ice cream in the middle! So we all shared one and it was worth it!! This is the 2nd time I have “cheated” since I started keto in May 2018. My stomach was mad at me after wards but 🤷🏽♀️. But not sure if it was from that or the vodka tonic I had on the boat 😂
