Wow...I haven't been on here in forever. For whatever reason I popped in today just to say, "Hey!". I'm still doing well...stronger than ever! And thankful for the community I had with FatSecret when I needed it.

Amazing myself with the strength I've gained over this past year. I'll have to do some re-assessments before the end of the month to try to quantify it. Staying fit. Staying strong. Making healthier decisions has become second nature now.
Yesterday was the office holiday potluck. I was surprised how unappealing most of the treats were to me. I opted for my almond butter and oatmeal instead of the rich deserts. I had made black bean brownies...those were my "sweet treat" after my lunch time workout.

Logging food again as I start 6-week boot camp that I started yesterday. Funny that I'm still eating pretty much the same as I was the last time I was logging food. I'll be tweaking things a bit. Always looking for ways to improve.
