Hi all; just had to drop off while overwhelming draws on my time and resources otherwise. Loads of the same kinds of everyday life issues so many of us experience. Pneumonia, neurosurgeon (can't--rather won't now have spinal surgery because of risk factors and unknown outcome due to so many other autoimmune things that contribute to chronic pain syndrome. Otherwise doing very well with my MOE and supplementation, gaining endurance, sleeping better, resetting my body clock and metabolism. Slow and steady and my PCP is almost as happy about that as I am. Sincerely hope you're all doing ok and keeping on keeping on.

Yesterday was an exercise in fighting fatigue with food but the kind that is not my friend. FBS 142 this morning after 12 hr fast. Late night snack of carbs/fat last night.

Super worn out; grocery shopping, grand daughter's med appointment, and put the stuff all away. Had gone w/o any food from 7 pm last night till 2:30 and was not feeling very pert! Treated daughter and grand to lunch at the nearest eatery after doctor...Burger king and yes, I ate a whopper and a small coke, as well as part of the onion rings. Now for dinner, made a Little Salad Bar sunflower salad into a smoothie and did not use the topping or dressing packets. Not hungry per se but needed to get in some real food/vegetables.
