Hi I'm a south african female in my mid 20's. I'm ready to lose my extra weight and be healthy, I want to be healthy because it has come to my attention that my mother's side of family has a heart disease problem as my grandfather and aunt passed on from heart attacks and my mother also found out recently that she has a cholestrol issue. If I continue with being lazy and unhealthy eating, I probably won't get to outlive my parents and no parent wants to outlive their children. My start weight was over 122kg and right now my goal is 80kg and from there on I'll see if I want to lose more. So far I have lost 11kgs and I need all the help I can get(slow metabolism,winter,getting easily bored with work out routines),so anyone who wants a buddy feel free to add me!!!!!! Ps I don't like writing a food diary daily as I know I won't be able to keep it up for the rest of my life, I want a lifestyle change!!!
