How many Mondays have I started a new diet? How many first of the months? How many New Year Resolutions have I made that THIS IS IT? So many, I can't even count and don't want to try.
Next, how many diets? Beyond counting and crazy.

So, I'm taking it one day at a time. Each day is its own reward. Need to remember that. Each day I am going to try and remember that this IS a long journey this isn't going to happen overnight, but if I don't take one step at a time, I will fail each and every time. This isn't about how I will look and feel next week, next month, next year or even tomorrow. This is about how I feel today, right now. And as each day and each right now goes by, they will equate to weeks, months and a year.

So, my bio is a person who has struggled all her life with weight. Had Gastro By Pass and failed. Gained weight back and now I'm 48 years old and feel this is my very last chance to get my weight to healthy place. I want to see 50 fit and fab!!

I live in Indianapolis and I travel about 70% of the year. I really think people who enjoy exercise are sick! I LOVE to cook, read, movies, dogs, cats, and my man, not in the order (at least not always). I have a daughter who is 21 and love her so much.

I would love to communicate with other people on this same journey and become friends.
