Today marks week 20 on OWL weight 209.5---down 36.5 lbs....BMI..30.1

March 8..one year 5 days...weight 196 lbs with a loss of 50 lbs...BMI..28.4

April 24,2013..After getting off plan with all the stress in my family.RE:Daughter getting divorced and moving back in and my dear husband diagnosed with cancer..I have regained 30 lbs from my lowest weight.Today is my new beginning..
