I have been big all my life and I finally decided I was tired of not feelin amd looking like I wanted to. I streted a weight loss plan with the help of a physician and I lost twenty pounds in one month! Started at 186 and losing more every day! But teh drastic loss was from cutting out a lot of food I had been ueating and ONLY drinking water (a tough change). Now I need to really start exercising and getting healthy. I am 5'4 and my body type is very curvy, and I'm not saying that because I don't want to say big. I really am curvy. And I want to keep that aspect but lose fat and gain muscle and strength. I found this site while looking fro healthy low-calorie recipes. I love the idea of community motivation! If you have any suggestions for me feel free to comment. I would appreciate any help.
