I am a mother of 2 children, wife of one husband, that is enough. I have 4 horses, 3 dogs, cows and chickens. I love the outdoors, family things, camping, meeting new people, sharing stories, working from home, I love sugar/carbs, we live in NC and just moved here from Fl.
All my life thought I was overweight usually 25 lbs or so. Always wanting to have that great body. After 40 all hell broke lose and it was so much harder to lose the weight when I gained a few lbs.
After the move I think I went into a depression as I gained like 30 lbs. I just couldn't stop eating, from all the stress of moving and no job etc. Then a friend of mine called and told me about nutrie' . Simple program to get me back into a healthy lifestyle again. After seeing my 91 year old dad go threw diabetes I didn't want to go down that path.
So here I am I have less than 4 lbs to go. Won't stop the program though as it is a great support system to keep me on track.
