I am 48 yrs old and i decided i wld chng my bio since alot has happened since i originally started with fatsecret 1st of all during my absence i want Thank all those Fatsecret members who have messaged me in the last couple monrhs, while i was out on my surgerys, I pray now i am done with my gastrectomy sleeve 3-24-15 . And still making progress on finding correct levels in my pain pump for proper control. I am more mobile walking better not sleeping all the time. I think there for awhile i think i had gotten to where i would rather sleep then deal with all my challenges. With my weight spiraling out of control and needing to get my chronic pain out of the 9-10 ranges. So now I am losing weight rapidly it appears and No i still do not have a scale at home! Lol. So i have to wait for visit with Md next month. My pain has improved and I cant even eat more than 1 egg a time! I love not being able to hv to rely only on my willpower. It is much easier to make right choices. I am still drinking my shakes trying to get all my protein in. They give you a diet to follow but my taste buds have changed, so plain stuff i really all i tolerate. So i am ready to move towards my future. God bless you guys thnx Sheila
