I've done it all. Atkins. Fit for Life. Cabbage Soup Diet. Herbal Magic. Montignac. Every kind of herb supplement. I have what my hubby calls a "Diet Centre". Books. Vitamins. You name it! So I am succumbing to the fact that there is no easy "secret" and that I should be logging what I eat and get back on track with my exercise. And guess what? I'll definitely save money! No more adding to the "Diet Centre"!
