Hey everyone. I'm Mosi. I'm 39 years old and I live in Brooklyn, NY.

I'm here for one reason only: to get in the best shape of my life.

In concrete, measurable terms, that means getting to 170/175 at 10% BF, being able to do 50 pushups, 20 pull ups, and 20 dips easily without tiring. This is my baseline for further development as a calisthenics athlete and increasing my muscular strength and stamina.

I know now more than ever before that proper nutrition is an absolute necessity to lose fat and gain muscle and to fuel my workouts. This has always been my Achilles' heel.

I work out 6 days a week and I usually follow a cycle of Legs, Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull Monday to Saturday. I aim for 14K steps a day but on slow days, I aim for 12K. I walk every day because it's easier on my joints than running or other forms of high impact cardio.
