I've never had a weight problem until the past few years as I've come closer to menopause. I've been putting on some pounds and having a lot of problems losing them. It's become even worse as I started on bHRT back in January. I started craving sweets and carbs like crazy - and gave in to it most evenings... Now that my hormone levels are lowered and more balanced, my carb and sweet cravings have lessened. Lessened even more the longer I stay on the Atkins low carb program. I'm hoping this will work for me as I cannot afford to buy any more clothes in yet larger sizes! Not to mention, I hate the way I look and was feeling.
