I'm 48 yo, married, 4 cats, two collies no kids. Seven years ago I gained 40# for no apparent reason (maybe stress of new job?)and the next year lost 30 for the same no reason. I tried to lose on and off and nothing worked until it just dropped off. Depression? Hormones? who knows...

I've since crept up another 10 and decided to put the brakes on.

I haven't exercised regularly in 10 years and that is something I really want to get back to doing although I have arthritis in my back.
