Hello!
My name is Lee and I just turned 30 years old. I am married to a wonderful man (Scott) and have two kids Alexandria (5 yrs) and Zachary (3 years). I work full time and am in grad school so like so many others out there I am pretty busy!
I am 5'1" and weight 134 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs. I think any smaller than that is too much. However, if I start getting in shape and lose the inches and not the pounds I can live with that also.
I am not extrememly overweight, but I know that if I do not take care of myself and become responsible for my health then I can easily pack on the pounds along with health issues and never even know it!!!
My life is extremley hectic and I need to get in shape, shed the extra inches so I can keep up with out exhausting myself!!
I have chosen Weight Watchers and am looking for a meeting so right now I am just going off of web info.
My number 1 healthy lifestyle habit to incorporate is getting more sleep. My goal is to be in bed with the lights out at 10:00 pm. I need that schedule. The early mornings are the best time for me to exercise, so I will be incorporating that as well. But first things first, got to get some sleep!!!
Well I have rambled on long enough. I look forward to participating in this online community and learning and imlementing a healther life style for myself and my family along the way.
