I'm a 30 year old software engineer. I carry all my weight almost exclusively in my belly. Its time to change that!
My hobbies are tumbling (back flips - its really hard when you're over weight!), piano, and things tech.
My biggest dieting problems are that I like to drink calories, especially beer, I love to skip breakfast (it can make me nauseous), and I love unrefined carbohydrates/cheese. Although I don't have much of a sweet tooth, my partner does, and I'm often getting dessert as a result.
