I'll be 55 this year and it's time to take control of my weight. Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis have seriously limited my activity the past 20 years and the arthritis has progressed to every joint in my body. If I can't get my weight down soon, I'll lose the ability to walk. I need to lose 100lbs before they'll do my knee replacements that they said I needed 8 years ago. Exercise is rough, neuropathy in my feet makes even walking incredibly painful. I have an under desk exercise bike that I use(with my arms too) and walk as much as I can. I'm really going to work at this. I miss living...
