Ok...I'm 60 now. I had a knee replacement two years ago and went up to 184lbs. Lost some, now 172. I'm having the other knee replaced in a few weeks. I do not want to fain weight, i want to lose weight!
WOW am now 57....divorced and remarried and still gaining and losing the same 30 pounds, Have learned if I dont exercise I GAIN GAIN GAIN. Having knee problems so it has been hard to move much less exercise...but I am working at it!
53yr. old woman. Married. My schedule is always varied...I work for the railroad...Train Attendant...I am always on the train! I bring my on food because the food on the train is too salty. I work really long hours. Need to learn to eat healthy on the run...packing it and taking it on the train with me. My husband is a chef. Makes is hard to eat the way I would like to when I am home. That is why the modified slim fast should work for me. Up till last November I was very active. Ran in and finished the Los Angeles Marathon last year. I want to lose the excess weight.
