I have decided once and for all, it's time! I've tried enough times, I've failed enough times....it's time I finally succeed.
Here are my goals:
Current Weight:299 1/14/2012
Goal - 280 pounds: (goal-Before 2/22 ski trip)
Goal - 270 pounds:
Goal - 250 pounds:
Goal - 240 pounds:
Goal - 230 pounds:
Final Goal 220 pounds:
If I can get to 220, why can't I get to 200? If I get to 200 my long lasting goal will be to rid myself of my blood pressure and cholesterol medicines.
