43 years young, Scottish but living in Kent with family of my own, wife and two kids (14 and 17). Work in London (Vauxhall). Go to gym two days a week, 3 if possible, but i'm not addicted or fanatical about it. Not looking to be built like a brick poo house, just looking to tone a little bit, do some cardio, basically be as fit as i was the month before or ever so slightly fitter. Not looking to build a body, just make the one i have slightly healthier! Was a smoker since leaving school, but quit 5 years ago when I was told I only had 10 - 15 years left to live unless I changed my lifestyle. So cut out the junk food, stopped smoking and trying my best to not snack (too much!). (Biggest achievemnent this year 5k mud run - hence the medal! - Next achievment currently targeted = reach 82kg!)
