My name is Teri Im 24 years old, Im from Wales (UK), I work full time in an Office so my daily routine isnt very active.

I have been slowly losing weight over the last four years with some success, this website has been a lifeline to help me shed my last pounds to get me to me goal weight!!

Im hoping to finally get the motivation I need to get me to my goal weight and hopfuly make some friends along the way!!
