Well.... I got to 180 April 8, 2018... now my goal is 170... I hope to hit that by the end of April 2018.
Just starting.. want to get to 180 pounds by the end of 2015. I walk a minimum of 2x a day - once (15 minutes) in the morning and at lunch (30 minutes).
I wear a fit bit flex 24/7 - I believe it is pretty accurate, even if it is not.. it is "off" by the same amount every day. I go to the gym every day, and play disc golf every chance I get.
