Hi! I'm a 35 y.o., single, no-dependent, teacher whose workout regiment goes out the window once the school year starts and who does not get it back until the New Year's Resolutions ring-in. It feels like I've been dieting FOREVER! I'd be happy to lose those "last 10 lbs." and I think being consistent on WW combined w/working out will help.
I tend to overeat when I'm stressed and the beginning of the school year is a killer! Does anyone have any tips to avoid being an emotional eater?
