I gained "a lot" of weight after a running injury. My physical therapist informed me I am only allowed to do low impact activities (like swimming and walking). I'm just trying to change my lifestyle to fit what my body can handle.
Also, I'm a big believer in holistic health so I'm trying to clean up my eating habits, spiritual life, and mind while I'm at it.
My current eating habits are kinda a Zone/Paleo hybrid.
