I have managed to put on anywhere from 5-10 lbs per year over the last 3-5 years. I did not see it while it was happening... the late nights of muching, dinner dates with friends paired with alcohol and late night trips to the Rock N Roll McDonalds have all caught up with me. I quit smoking cigarettes and drinking Monster energy drinks on New Years Eve and want to get myself back down to a healthy and lean weight. I am looking to firm up and slim down.
