I'm a 31 year old husband and father of 2. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. When my wife (Lisa) and I got married in 2010 I was a nice 160lbs. I stayed fit for a few years But upon changing jobs I got heavier. Once we were pregnant with our daughter in 2016 I started to put on more weight. After the kids I became less motivated to get out and just wanted to hang out with the kids. I topped out recently in the 230's. The Dr has been on me recently to get the weight down so LETS DO THIS!!
I'm not really following any diet- just watching what I eat (I LOVE food so tend to over eat). I am cutting out Soda and fast food. I am also trying to get out and get walking. My goal is to have 8,000 steps in before I get to my full time job at 7am. Its hard for me to work out because I have a part time job that I work every morning before my Full Time job and while on my lunch break.
