I've always been heavy. My first diet was the SlimFast plan when I was in 7th grade. I have tried many diets and I never seemed to acheive my goals, this is, until I tried Atkins. Atkins got me down to my goal weight of 130lbs. Unfortunately, Atkins is really a 'Way of Life' and if you stop, your weight is definately coming back. You must keep this diet FOREVER for it to work! I did end up gaining about half of my LOST weight back. This time, I will be doing my OWN diet. Basically I will be watching my bread intake and laying off of the twinkies! Lucky for me I am not addicted to chocolate and I don't like sodas, so this shouldn't be too hard. I guess the only difficult part is getting started. Here I am...Day 1, wish me luck!!
