I'm 39yrs old living in New Zealand with Hubby and 3yr old son. I've been overweight ever since going to W.Watchers 20 yrs ago to keep my friend company! I had less than 5kg to lose and they didn't want to accept my memebership but did as my friend wanted my support. Well I lost those 4kgs and 6 months later i went off the wagon, fast forward 20 years and many many diets later i'm having to lose almost 50kgs! I've tried every diet and have always sabotaged myself. I no longer want to be the fat mum on the sidelines whilst other mums get stuck in with their kids. I want to be around for a very long time and am feeling really good about starting this journey.
