Im not that out of shape, but I do enjoy my food and noticed I have gotten a little rounder. I Have been an athelete and basically in good shape all my life, Im sure being single until I was 30 had something to do with that, but find myself really enjoying food more and a taste for wine. I Played basketball last week (firts time in about 10 years) and 2 times up and down the court and I almost passed out, thats when it really hit me. It's now time to get myself back in shape, so I thought I would give this interesting site a try. At 234 I feel my weight should be a comfortable 195 to 200.
