I am a 39 year young mom of 4. I have fought my addiction with food for many years. I have lost 75 lbs twice in my life. This will be the last time! I am finally free from my addiction to food. I do not NEED extra food to be happy. I am happy! I am eating to nourish my body and become fit and healthy. I am exercising at least 4 times a week, which is big considering cleaning the house was my exercise for the last 8 years. I am following The Daniel Plan which is eating lots of veggies and eliminating gluten, sugar and dairy. Reducing red meat intake and drinking lots of water! Enjoy exercise is very important and so is spending time with God. Being encouraged with friends and finally focusing on what is important and learning to de-stress!
