I am 26 years old (27 in June) and have had hormonal issues since I was 14 and have PCOS. I have a really really hard time losing weight. I have a son and daughter and each pregnancy gained 30lbs and then could never lose it. I have since my sons birth (2 years ago) been able to drop 15 lbs by only eating whole grain wheat foods, no more High Fructose Corn Syrup, and no more oils that are not soybean or olive. So, with that, I have had the most success ever and my digestive system is somewhat normal and I feel hungry again! (I never used to...)

Now, I have worked on portion control and trying to get more calories in me. I had a habit of eating ovr 500 cals with two meals for the whole day....where as now I jam in 5-6 meals with 300 cals or so.

My goal by June 11th (bday!) is to lose 25 lbs!!

I am a journalist and wedding photographer part-time. I get quite a bit of time with the children and they come to the gym with me M/W/F and they get to do exercise too! They have a great kids program for us. My husband and I have been married 4 years, together 6, and friends 9. He is a police officer and a part time student trying to get his masters.

I think that is pretty much it. :)
