I will be 53 this year. 5'6" and 160lbs I had a lis franc foot injury (mid foot break) resulting in surgery last May and I have managed to go from 135 to 160 in 10 months due to the lack of activity. I am now walking and can do some exercise. I actually changed my eating habits in January to eat clean, low carbs, high protein diet and I walk 3 miles, 3 days a week. I see toning but no actual weight loss. I am trying eat substantially below my daily calories and see if that helps. My weight is mostly in the midsections (go figure) as this is the problem with most women. I am healthy and getting back active again. I need more direction on what is going to shrink the belly fat!
