I am 57 years old and for the last 4 years watched my wight go up. I was always a 120'lb girl and my hormones and moving 2000 miles away from home has worked my stress up as well. so I have started the atkins diet and it is working well for me. No sugar and low carbs. My husband is doing atkins and looking good. so both us doing it working well. I now have 10 lbs to go. YEA
