Today was different. I still slept far too late. However, I did do some gardening. I moved a fitness machine which I first had to take apart. I returned to the master cleanse lemonade. Not going full bore yet. Re-evaluating what I have been doing. Adding to what I do. At the advice of my doctor, I bought a fitbit. Took a bit to figure it out. Will have some adjusting to do. Have no doubts this new piece of equipment will almost immediately tell me what I am truly doing and suggest I become more active. Well, what gets measured gets improved. Time for bed.

I have a 3PLUS device. I thought I was active until I got it lol. Now I am more active just to get the ‘achieved’ thumbs up :). It’s also more accurate than the health app on my phone. I think you’ll enjoy your Fitbit.
