You know, I really am a nice person, but when people get on here and shove their ideas down your throat, or act like they are all knowing and omnipotent, it really just burn my buns!! It is easy to think that you know it all when you are young, then you grow up and have more experiences and learn that everything is not always so black and white! My advice to these kinds of people is; be careful what you preach, because it may just come back to bite you in the ass one day! When bodies age, they change and for women they really change, including wild hormone changes. So, I will say this for the last time.... Every BODY is different. Every BODY reacts differently to the same food intake, regardless of the amount of calories each person eats! If it were that easy, no one would be overweight and none of us would be on here talking about our own food journey! What works for one person may not work for another!! So, please, I beg everyone to be kind and only give support not cut downs. Remember what your Mother said, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!" Thank you.
