I have a question, do you think that there is a direct correlation between emotional upset and injury during exercise.

Because I have noticed for myself personally that these last two weeks I have been struggling with some personal issues and last week I dislocated my shoulder and this week I strained my wrist both during working out.

weird existential question I know but I am curious.

I think our emotions do affect our physical body and our mind, so when we're down or something, our concentration might not be what it's suppose to be and injury could happen...depends from person to person...
