so today I had a crazy craving for frozen yogurt with gummy bears on top of it. so when i went from fast to feast i was determined to get some. But before I left the house I ate some rice cakes with peanut butter and some fruit because I was ravenous. and we got to the ice cream place and I was at the counter and I looked at the menu and I realized I didn't really feel like the treat anymore because I was full from what I ate before I left the house.
So instead I went and bought a whole bunch of fruit and veggies and a totally awesome blender which I have wanted for a while and a blanket don't ask me why I just had to have a blanket.
then I came home and went for a run.
so there is a helpful tip for any of you that have naughty cravings, just eat before you leave the house we tend to make bad decisions on an empty stomach.
