I have been having a think.
In my life I have been on a million diets and I lose weight beautifully but I never have been able to keep it off because most of my diets were to reach a number on a scale or to fit into a certain outfit and all the diets came with various restrictions such as don't eat to much fruit or be careful of that color vegetable or restrict carbs completely.

And you know what I lost weight on them but I fell off the band wagon and I fell badly into an eating style that was even worse hence the weight gain.
but always at the back of my mind I was pondering the question of how I was honestly feeding my body was I assisting it nutritionally would any of my choices honestly assist it, or was I just a slave driver whipping my poor hard working body day in and day out and expecting it to work effectively with absolutely no assistance on my part.

And you know what I have been a complete nutritional idiot so I have taken it into my hands to try and work harder toward giving my body what it needs and you know what my body is working with me.
Normally at this section of my journey I would be craving naughty tit bits and I am completely craving free.

I actually walked past all the nice goodies in the shop the other day and straight into the fresh produce isle because I know I can actually utilize it now all the stuff I don't know how to cook I juice and it's fun to know all the nutrients I am letting my body experience it's an adventure.

and I feel good honestly good, I admit that I'm not perfect but I am learning and my body truly feels good and that's all that counts.
