Yesterday I wanted ahamburger eating out - buns are out of course so I had a huge chopped steak onions green beans - , I had buffalo chicken salad , ranch and general tao chicken but added rice - not good of course - our waiter was Murphs twin brother and everyone wanted to hug him ( punch him out) after mom comments - Lol-
Today's word is maintaining , again - I am maintaining and happy - stay close to where I am at - People losing are maintaining weight loss and continuing - people gaining are doing whatever they can to maintain that they do and learn what they can do to start losing again - it's a round of golf or a baseball game etc and we got good and bad ones - Remember , get the emotion out of all this -
