Yeeeeesh. Public holidays are bad for my butt. Kinda went off the health train today - ate a really naughty dinner 😖 and skipped gym 🙀 I feel awful... but I know these things will happen! It’s hard to not ‘human’ when everybody else is 🙈😂 the trick, I think, is not to berate oneself, but to be gentle with yourself instead. Weight loss is not a quick fix, easy process... it’s tough. And that’s why we are all on this app. To be supported when we feel we have lost the plot.. In all honesty though - I totally shared half of my choc cake with someone and I really think that’s a step in the right direction 😜🙈
