Yikes 🙈 anotherrrrr terrible day! I am not doing well food-wise... I mean, I know what to eat to lose weight; I know what not to eat to lose weight - but it’s like my brain just isn’t interested right now 🙄 I’m exercising a lot more than I have been, but it seems the general consensus is that what you eat has more impact on your weight than how much you exercise.
Anyways! I love starting fresh on Monday’s, Monday’s are actually my fave day of the week (and everybody looks at me like whaaaa...) haha! So tomorrow I’m going to put some of my lovely new gym gear on (inc. new super spiffy yoga mat because my other is sooo squeaky and I’m so embarrassed in classes haha 🙈) and I’m going to start the week with only the best intentions! ✨😆✨

Ughhhhhh I did horribly today 😣 started off alright but then the day’s meals just went really, really south! One of my freelance jobs is to take photos for an online delivery service, so I go to about 2 - 4 restaurants p/week (but I shoot them all in one day) to photograph their food. Literally every place gives me free food once I’m done! I only eat the food from the last place however, and give the other food to people who need it more than I do. So I’m normally soooo hungry by the time I reach my last shoot (taking photos of delish dishes is NOT the ideal job for someone who’s trying to lose weight, haha!!) and I tuck into my free meal (food somehow always tastes better when it’s free 😜). Today it was pizza - I only ate two slices though, and brought the rest home with me to give to a friend of mine. Buuuut this morning I did a hot cross bun baking class with my landlady (she’s a very cool landlady haha) and so when I got home, she had baked the hot cross buns and I just had to have one 🙈 and dinner - well, honestly - I just didn’t have the energy to cook anything. It’s been a long and busy week and I’m super tired so on that note, I’m off to lalaland! Going to wake up nice n early tomorrow, and get my regime going again. Gym first thing! Actually can’t wait. I guess this is what it all comes down to: you may slip up - once/twice/20 times - but if you keep pushing, if you don’t let your slip ups define you and destroy your goal - you’re still on the right path. Sleep well all! ✨😆✨

Tired today! 😴 Worked out this morning, but haven’t been hungry all day. Had cereal for dinner and I don’t think I’m eating enough
- my RDI is 2500 calories but I don’t even eat that much on a normal day-to-day basis?! I’m eating less than 1500 calories p/d now and burning around 500 when I exercise. Too much exercise or too little to eat or...?? Advice please 🙈😶 it’s definitely working though, have lost 1,5kg since Sunday.. Maybe too much too quickly?? Hellllllp 😣

Another 500g down! Even after I pigged out yesterday?? Bizarre! Maybe I’ll see the consequences of pigging out the next time I weigh myself 🙊 haha!
