How's everybody - bounced after low, knew I would - well at 195 now - going up a little down a little - Best news under 200 for a good while now - birthdays and just relaxing a little on the eating - some cake , a few potatoes .a few noodles and cheese are added and weight going up - take them away or minimize them and I'll go back down - no milk , no bread still regular soda are my biggest nonos and I'm doing great with that - I'm checking in and I will do all my thank yous later today -
