Tomorrow I start a challenge. I'm doing the lose 15lbs in 30 days. Lots of water and at LEAST 1 hour of exercise 5x a week. Let's see how this goes for me.
I walked again tonight for 1/2 an hour!!! I plugged in my ear buds and just walked a loop around our house. it felt so good to not be as tired at the end as I was last night.
