Just thought I'd check in again today, because I think journaling more frequently might help me stay focused.
I'm having a 100% week so far and the scales are looking very favourable so far. Clearly, I'm not going to record anything offically just yet, because that would almost certainly result in an immediate and inexplicable weight gain! ;)
Anyway, the sun is shining here in Southampton and I'm feeling really good about everything. I really feel like my goal is in sight now!
