Can feel the burn
- this week ,only vices were ice cream and diet soda always - I am excited for myself ( selfishly) but I am more excited watching everybody's progress , dedication , metamorphosis and hurdling over obstacles / -
Menu over weekend - barbecue ribs dry , leftover , Chinese buffet Salmon . Butter garlic hot sauce Shrimp , cabbage , fried fish lightly , tomato and cucumber in Italian dressing , green beans , ice cream , salad ( these are choices at buffet I choose from )- salad bar tonight - ruby Tuesday -
My food list is boring but I love it -
Physically this week, I have gotten around effortlessly - One of my goals met -
Family and business taking much time but not stressed like I have been - Short term lots of hurdles but doing 1 at a time, focusing on each doing the best I can -
My problems are not anything like some here - In my prayers and thoughts -
