Hi everyone - got some fried cod from favorite church fish fry - usually before I ate on sandwich - got rid of bread - I got regular pork rinds ,dill pickles , mayo , and the fish - chopped all up except pork rinds - put everything on top pork rind like a nacho , only like fish nacho - it's great only carbs in pickles and good ones - vinegar is a great cholesterol cutter / watch the salt in your pickles , only thing -
Saw some crazy stories - thought I had issues - just take 1 thing and 1 day at a time and scratch it off when you accomplish it - You should all be proud of yourselves whatever ' package' you are in or wearing right now - Love yourself first and everyone else will follow your lead , they will also support you 100 percent -
