Hi everyone - a quick post - up at 500 - doing the long hard days work - more mental but lots of walking -
Last night had steak, cabbage soup and a Michelob ultra stared me straight in the face - I took a Pepsi one - I had lemonade yesterday, no sugar of course , / I had salad no cheese with vegys - I had mushrooms with steak , got to watch how many of those I eat - I can eat them like candy and too many carbs , got to watch out - polished off 8 spoonfuls of tuna salad -
Today ,microwave eggs and meat sticks, sliced up cucumber with garlic salt , Pepsi one , water , not much intake and so tonight watch out - lol - I really only get ravenous hungry when burning calories and just eat as I go -
Still following 45 day 30 pound way of eating and having a few more carbs which keeps me stable - protein to lose , carbs to gain or stabilize- low sugar vegy carbs - liberal with real butter on eggs -
Great action on the boards and tonight I hope to catch up -
