I'm in stability mode right now -

I get reexcited every time somebody supports me - I read everyone's post and this is like a machine out there, working together, breaking down sometimes, getting worked on and starting back up and going forward.
I have been drinking lots of fluids, coke zero sugar and pepsi one included, I think it is acting like tea and or coffee and water - Eating barbequed st louis style ribs (no sauce) with garlic and pepper , seared in butter - Eating salads ranch dressing, shrimp and chicken stir fries, crab at chinese place (the crab in butter) not the garbage sauce, green beans, broccoli, onions, cabbage soup (thanks Mom In Law , darn good cook), seared steak, this mexican dish with grilled shrimp, pork, steak, onions,peppers with salsa on top with guacomole, salad and refried beans, of which I like refried beans with onion and taco sauce on top (Old El Paso)also by themselves - pork rinds, love the hot ones, hot sauce chicken, chicken , wings, omelettes with carved turkey or ham or salsa or olives or onions or chicken or bacon or salsa or butter or green pepper or mushrooms or a mixture or all of the above or none of the above - meat sticks, eggs, hardboiled eggs - deviled eggs I am craving, eat real mayonaisse, tuna fish with celery, onion, hard boiled eggs and real mayonaisse - whip cream and sorry ice cream - shrimp - No pasta or little, no bread (very hard),no cheese (yikes)except on pizza (got to have once in awhile), no milk or dairy except eggs (miss milk), well ok ice cream (sorry y'all)
I am sorry for the food list (except Murph) because I don't want to make all of the starved zombies hungry LOL - The 45 day 30 pound challenge really worked for me - Please check that out - It is in my page history - I don't really pay attention to calories as much as some as I see on the fs site - I eat until I'm full or content, eating the right stuff, drinking lots of fluids, etc , knowing it will be burned either that day or the next - I kind of equate this to your kids when they are going through growth spurts, they eat a lot of food and you are like, where is it going? I think you know when that metabolism starts back, that food burning works the same way , burning the energy, just not making you grow - Just my theory -
I could lose a few more pounds but experimenting at the moment - My food intake and my excersize level ,moderate, but keeping me in the 195-199 area - Not going over 200 anymore - period - I am going to do some test sessions and I will let you know what I have done as they happen, relating what eating to exercise ratios (love stats)
I welcome all the new folks, and I just came on board in October 2017 - It is amazing to the dedication of some of the long timers, sticking to their paths, and just killing it - I know some been have been on long time and not lost much, big deal, you are still doing it and trying it and I salute you 100% -
This is your life and a lifestyle. Take your life back, get mad, get passionate, find what works for you and repeat it over and over and over again - I equate this journey to golf, or baseball where you can be going just fine, change something, not know it and boom, you are in a slump - This is a challenge and not the only one -
All of you going through challenges and trauma, please know that I and so many people on this site are there for you - I'm no expert, but I'm finding what's right for me , it may not be right for you, but that's ok - No two of us are alike, it'd be boring if we were - Everyone's family as they themselves, are in my prayers and thoughts, as a lot of other people on this site.
